HAPPY THANKSGIVING

We're in Raymond with Paul's family. We've eaten, gone for a walk and now we are getting ready to watch a video of Toby, Maggie and Jeanne's birthday party in 1986 - Oops, gotta go for now. More later.
Here it is the next day already. We're getting ready to go to North Conway to do a little shopping. While everyone is showering and getting dressed, I'll take a few minutes to work on this. Paul and I stayed at a motel down the road, but Toby stayed here with everyone. Apparently they had a rousing game of Taboo after we left last night. They were still playing when we got here but in an informal way - I think they all did sleep in between.
The video we watched was adorable. Toby was 3, his cousin Maggie was 1 - her birthday is two days before his - and Aunt Jeanne was 32. We all looked pretty young and the kids were great. Toby got a little robot thing called Kasey that you put tapes in and it would sing and talk. I had forgotten about that. It had an obnoxious voice that could be very grating, but he really loved it.
Michelle and Mike have a beautiful house here on the top of Pismire Mountain. The view is just breathtaking and the sunset yesterday was spectacular. It's very restful, even with lots of family activities going on all around. Michelle sends a big Hello! to her friends Terry and Sheila.
Time to head over to NH. Hope you are all having as much fun as I am.
Love
Betsy

Well, since you guys are all busy, I'll leave a comment myself. The picture on this post looked great on my home computer and on the one I posted from, but I notice that on my work computer it looks really dark. It's a picture of all of us sitting around the table - l to r Michelle, Jeanne, Paul, Myself, Mike, Toby, Cora, Maggie and Patrick, and Randy the dog sitting under the table. Sorry if it's too dark to see.

Hi Betsy! Sorry to take so long to comment. You are right, we've been very busy! We had a great Thanksgiving, nice and quiet at home.
I work part time at a local very large Mall called Deptford Mall. I work at a place called Le Gourmet Chef as a part time manager and I haven't been home much since Black Friday. Jessica also works there as Christmas help.
This is my second Christmas there and it's just incredible how crazy it gets this time of year.
I liked your picture and wonder if it can be done from this end?
Well, just a short comment but I am actually on my own this evening and I'm supposed to be working on Christmas decorations inside the house. First, I have to lug them all down out of the attic. What fun! Especially after 32 years of marriage!

Hey Dana,
That sounds like a fun place to work. I assume it's a kitchen shop of some kind. I love those. I'm not sure either about adding pictures to comments. My neice took that one and was able to send it to me at her parents computer so I could add it right there. She is a wiz at this stuff. I'll have to explore that. I have a number of photos I would like to scan and get on here, just haven't had the time since the computer came back. I tried to put some outside lights on my deck today, but blew a fuse in the string of lights and in the house. I think I'd better buy new lights :-)
